What is Smart ALL-IN Plans?


The Smart All-In Plans are fully consumable plans that allow you to charge services to your monthly service fee up to your credit limit.



Who can avail of Smart ALL-IN Plans?


Individuals of good credit standing can avail of the Smart ALL-IN Plans:

  • New subscribers
  • Existing subscribers availing of additional plan
  • Switchers from other networks


How can I avail of the Smart ALL-IN Plans?


If you are an existing subscriber, you can call the hotline *888 using your mobile phone to request for change in package to the ALL-IN Plans.

If you are a new subscriber, you can proceed to the nearest SMART Store to sign up for the Plan. Please bring with you the following documentary requirements: Proof of Identification, Proof of Billing, and Proof of Financial Capacity.



How is it different from SMART’s existing Consumable Plan?


There are three distinct differences between the existing plans and the New Smart Postpaid Plans. They differ in the following features:  Off-net Rates, Freebies, and Service availment.

What is the advantage of Smart ALL-IN Plans versus existing SMART Consumable Plans and other telco Postpaid plans?

Advantages over existing Smart Consumable Plans:

  • The Smart ALL-INPlans gives our subscribers access to various services.
  • Services of the Smart ALL-INPlans are deducted from the monthly service fee (not billed above).
  • Subscribers can change their choice of services every month.


What is the advantage of SMART ALL-IN Plans over competition’s Postpaid Plans?

Advantages over competition’s Postpaid Plans:

  • Services for the SMART ALL-IN Plans are charged within the monthly service fee.  Competitions’ on the other hand, is billed above.
  • We offer more choices and more relevant services all within the plan – no extra cost.
We offer a wider selection of devices – Android, BlackBerry, S60, Windows 7.



Is it mandatory to avail of ALL-IN services if under SMART ALL-IN Plans?


No.  Availment of ALL-IN services is optional. 



What will happen to the Postpaid Plan if no ALL-IN service will be availed?

 

The Plan will behave like a regular consumable plan. Usages such as calls, texts, and data will be charged to the consumable.


I’m currently subscribed to Addict/Infinity, how can I avail of the SMART ALL-IN Plans?


Addict/Infinity subscribers can avail of the Smart ALL-IN Postpaid Plans via Plan Migration.



Is there a lock-in period contract for New Connect / Retention for Smart ALL-IN Plans?


Yes. There will be a 24-month lock-in period.



How do I Activate International Roaming if I'm under this Plan?

·   For Plans 3500, 2500 and 1800: Go out and roam! You are all set because no application or fees are required.

·   For Plans 1200 and below: All you have to do is fill out an International Roaming Activation Form at any SMART SHOP effective Feb 1, 2012.

SMART Postpaid plan who are eligible to request for IR activation with P2,500 roaming deposit:

•    Regular/Consumable Plan 
•    All-in Plans including All-in Blackberry edition 
•    Entry Level Plan 
•    MVP Plan 
•    Addict Plan 
•    Data Plans including Unli Data, Data Lite, BB Data Plan 
•    Netphone Plan 
•    Legacy Blackberry Plans 
•    IPhone Plan 
•    Dual Plan (Plan 549)

·    For SMART Gold Lite plans- you need to fill out an International Roaming Activation Form and leave a Php 2,500 deposit at any SMART SHOP. 

SMART Gold Lite plans require a non-refundable roaming deposit of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P2,500.00) prior to activation of the International Roaming Service. SMART reserves the right to credit the roaming deposit as payment to SMART Postpaid account in case the account becomes overdue or upon the subscriber’s request for deactivation of International Roaming Service.

*SMART Postpaid subscriptions to Plan 1200 or lower require a non-refundable roaming deposit of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P2,500.00) prior to activation of the International Roaming Service. SMART reserves the right to credit the roaming deposit as payment to SMART Postpaid account in case the account becomes overdue or upon the subscriber’s request for deactivation of International Roaming Service.

How can I avail of ALL-IN services?

There are 2 ways to register to ALL-IN service:

  • Via SMS – by texting KEYWORD to 7577
Via Menu – to pull the Menu, simply text MENU to 7577



How will I be charged for the availed ALL-IN service/s?

The ALL-IN service fee will be deducted from the monthly service fee
How many services can I avail?

You can register to as many services as you want, as much as your Credit Limit can accommodate.
For subscribers under Legacy plans, can they also avail of the ALL-IN services?

No. The ALL-IN services are exclusive to subscribers of the Smart ALL-IN Plans only.
Will I receive a notification for successful and unsuccessful registration of availed ALL-IN service/s?

Yes. Subscribers are notified for successful and failed registrations.



How can I track all availed ALL-IN service/s??

You can track your registered ALL-IN services anytime by texting STATUS to 7577.  You will receive this spiel:

“You are currently registered to the following services: : until MMM-DD-YEAR, HH:MM

Inquiry will be charged P1/sms.



Will I receive a notification for ALL-IN services nearing expiry date or once expired?

You will receive three notification messages that will be sent on the 28th day, 29th day, and 30th day of registration for unlimited services.

For capped, consumable and all-net services, three SMS reminders will be sent on the 5th, 15th, and 25th day of registration.



I registered to a specific ALL-IN service but did not receive any notification, how can I validate if I am successfully registered to the said service?

To know if you have successfully registered to an ALL-IN service, you can use the STATUS inquiry service by texting STATUS to 7577.  Inquiry will be charged P1/sms.
