SMART Load Retailers with personalized Retailer accounts may view their Statement of Account (SOA) online. Simply log-in to my.Smart.
For new users, please sign-up for an account first then link your mobile number. In your account profile, select that your mobile number is also a retailer account. If this option is not enabled, you will not be able to view and access retailer transactions. Registration is FREE.
If you already have a my.Smart account, just update your profile and enable the retailer option.
- Login to my.Smart.
- Click the "Manage" button for the retailer mobile number.
- Under Account, click "Update Web Connect Profile".
- Check the option "
- Click the "Account Overview" option on top of the page to refresh your account. You will see the Retailer option.
