If you have availed of subscription packages (such as SMARText, Lahat Txt, Gaanli 30, Unli Surf), you can check the expiration date and balance details through the following:
- Register and log-in to my.Smart. Registration is FREE.
- Once logged-in, link your Smart mobile number to your my.Smart account.
- Once linked, click the “Manage” option beside the account you want to have the settings activated.
- Under the Inquiries tab, select Balance Inquiry.
- The system will display the breakdown of your package.
- For SMART Postpaid, SMART Prepaid, Talk' N Text, dial *888 using your SMART cellphone or (02) 888-1111 via landline and follow the voice prompt.
- Select Account > Balance Inquiry.
