If your SMART Money Card was lost, stolen, damaged or captured in ATMs, you may call the SMART Money hotline to request for card replacement. To contact us, dial our toll-free hotline number 15177 using your SMART cellphone or call (02) 845-7777 via landline.
For lost or stolen cards, your account will be blocked to prevent fraudulent use. A card replacement fee of P100 will be debited to your SMART Money balance. If your balance is less than P100, you may still replenish your account through deposit, mobile banking or fund transfer.
Your replacement card will be a new SMART Money card (with new account number) where your remaining balance will be transferred to. It will be sent to your preferred address or Smart Store within 9 days for Metro Manila or 14 days for other areas. Once received, please re-activate and re-link your account to resume SMART Money services.
