Change my SMART Money WPIN or ATM-PIN

You can change your SMART Money W-PIN or ATM-PIN if your account is linked to your mobile phone. Simply follow the steps below:

  • Go to SMART MENU.
  • Select SMART MONEY.
  • Select Card Management.
  • Select Change PIN.
  • Select desired card name.
  • Select WPIN or ATM Pin.
  • Key-in your existing PIN & press OK.
  • Enter the new PIN twice and wait for a confirmation message.

Transaction fee is P2.50/request.

Note: ATM-PIN is not applicable for cardless Smart Money accounts.
