International Remittance to a SMART Money account

1. To send international remittanceto the Philippines via SMART Money, go to any accredited remittance partner of SMART. Note: View our list of remittance partners .
   
   
2. Fill out astandard remittance orsend form with the following information: Sender information, beneficiary information, and the beneficiary’s SMART Mobile number or SMART Money account number.
   
3. The remittance partner agent will convert your remittance to Philippine Pesos based on the prevailing Forex rate.
   
4. Pay the applicable remittance fee.
   
5. The beneficiary in the Philippines will receive a text message stating that the remittance has been credited to his/her SMART Money account number. Note: if the beneficiary has no SMART Money account yet, he shall receive a text message instructing him how to visit any SMART Store to do a one-time SMART Money card application, to which remittance will be credited.
