How to withdraw cash from a BDO ATM using your SMART Money Card

  1. Insert your SMART Money Card into an ATM Machine
  2. When prompted, enter your 6-digit Card / ATM PIN
  3. Choose “Withdrawal / Cash Advance”
  4. Choose “Smart Money”, which should be on the left side of the screen
  5. Select the amount you wish to withdraw
  6. Choose “Yes” to get a receipt for your transaction
  7. You will get a message telling you that the transaction has been completed
  8. Take your cash
  9. Take your receipt
  10. You will receive a free text message that transaction has been successfully completed.
