How to link your SMART Money Card to your phone

 Once you have received your SMART Money Card, you have to link it to your mobile phone to receive instant text messages each time you use your card for ATM withdrawal or debit card transactions.

(This shall be done upon receipt of your SMART Money Card)

 

  1. To link your SMART Money Card to your mobile number, type Money  using your phone.
  2. Send to 343
  3. You’ll get a message asking you to create a 6-digit W-PIN.
  4. Enter your desired 6-digit W-PIN. If you have previously set your W-PIN, enter it now.
  5. When prompted, re-enter your 6-digit W-PIN
  6. Choose “Link a Card” and press OK
  7. Enter in your 16-digit card number
  8. Enter the name you would like to use for the card
  9. Enter the card or ATM PIN. Your ATM PIN isa 6-digit PIN that you will enter everytime you do ATM withdrawal using your SMART Money Card. Your ATM PIN can be the same as your W-PIN.
  10. You will receive a confirmation receipt for your request.
  11. You will also receive a free text message stating that you have successfully completed this transaction.
